Original score written for the dramatic short, What Kind of Day Has It Been, by Eli Reynolds. The short film details the stressed daily life of three high school students before an active shooter on campus turns an average high school day into hell.

It’s a difficult subject, and Eli was after a more atmospheric, synth-driven score to help accentuate both the daily-life stress, and the feeling of helplessness when they all must hide.

It’s not a story of heroics or exaggerated drama; and the music needed to reflect that.
